Upon arriving in 1942, crushing the British in the Arab world and causing a religious panic in the Allied nations, Saddam Hussein allies with Hitler to "slaughter the Russian, British, American, and Zionist criminal alliance." On September 11, 1942, Saddam strikes America with a massive bio-chemical terrorist attack and crashes two hijacked planes into the Empire State building, killing nearly 200,000 people in a single day.
However, by 1945, the vengeful Allies advance upon Saddam's forces with superior numbers and tactics, as Supreme Allied Commander General Patton (Eisenhower was assassinated by an Iraqi suicide sniper) advances on seemingly invincible Republican Guard positions with staggering costs. Over two million American soldiers perish fighting the Iraqis, with thousands of American airplanes and tanks lying in smouldering ruin in the plains of Europe. While America can replace its equipment and men in seemingly endless numbers, the Iraqis cannot.

Upon launching his attack from the portal at 73 Eastings, Saddam first targets the British empire and sets out to conquer the muslim world from Morocco to Pakistan. General Bernard Montgomery is immediately put in control of the British 8th army in North Africa in order to strike back against Saddam, who captured, tortured and murdered General Harold Alexander. Hitler, in a pact with Saddam, sends Rommel to the Russian front.
Republican Guard armored divisions lead by Chemical Ali devastate the British in North Africa with brute force, even with laughably sloppy tactics. A civilized war in the desert soon turns into an amazingly brutal bloodbath, with all British prisoners and even civilians taken by the Iraqis being tortured, imprisoned, enslaved, and/or killed. Montgomery himself is abducted by Republican Guard special forces at Tobruk, and after being paraded in chains through Baghdad, is handed to Uday Hussein and the Fedayeen to be tortured for days. Montgomery was eventuallly torn to pieces by a pack of starved dogs after being impaled on a meat hook by Uday himself, horrifying even Stalin when the movie is released in an Iraqi propaganda film.

Saddam Hussein's shocking arrival in 1942 brings fear to Christians that he truly is the Antichrist, while in the Islamic world, a prophecy is fulfilled. Muslims around the world see Saddam Hussein indisputably as the Imam Mahdi, whose forthcoming is foretold by Mohammed as an event that will come when "all muslims are under Zulm (oppression)", and that Mahdi will unite all Muslims, bring peace to the world, and "bring justice to the oppressors."
Upon Saddam's entering Mecca and calling for jihad against "the criminal Zionist alliance of Russia, Great Britain, and the United States," millions of muslims, from religious monks to secular lawyers, transform into AK-47 wielding lunatics and suicide bombers overnight. Throughout the arab world, millions rallied in the streets as they joined the Fedayeen, pledging in unison: "Birruh, biddem, nefdik ya Saddam" -- our soul, our blood, we sacrifice for Saddam!

Saddam, obsessed with invading and conquering the mainland United States, joins forces with the Japanese in the Pacific to island hop into California. After the remains of America's navy is scuttled quickly by attacks from MiG-29s and Chinese anti-ship missiles, Japan is bogged down in a bloody war in Australia, while Iraqi mismanagement prevents more than small terror/suicide squads from landing in America.

Saddam, always in envy of Stalin's iron fisted leadership, seeks to assert his dominance as the world's greatest quasi-socialist dictator by invading the Soviet Union and overthrowing Stalin. Saddam overruns the soviet republics in central asia and sends troops to reinforce Hitler's faltering Wehrmacht in Eastern Europe -- but Russia's limitless terrain and vast resources, combined with a surprise nuclear attack, withers away the Republican Guard just as it did Napoleon's and Hitler's army. Many of Saddam's surviving soldiers, whether in the Republican Guard or the arab crack troop Fedayeen, provide valuable labor for the USSR in Stalin's gulags.
Though not featured in the mod (yet), Saddam hides his weapons of mass destruction where no American soldier can find them: 60 years in the past. Regular use of anthrax, vx gas, sarin, and radiological attacks against both civilian and military populations by Saddam during World War II brings the final death toll to over 75 million people in Europe and 250 million people worldwide. London is completely destroyed by a crude nuclear bomb, a large section outside of Moscow is destroyed along with much of Saddam's army by allied forces, and a VX gas attack on Washington DC kills much of the American federal government. Diseases ranging from bubonic plague to anthrax, smallpox, incurable strep, AIDS, ebola, polio and SARS run rampant, killing untold millions around the world. Even Mecca is gassed by Saddam when rebellion breaks out in the Arab world against his brutal regime.
